Iain Armitage is an American famed star of the CBS’s comedy TV series Young Sheldon, in which he is playing the co-lead role as Sheldon, which is a prequel to the sitcom The Big Bang Theory. He started acting from the long-running mystery and drama TV series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Theo Lachere in 2017. He came into limelight with his breakthrough role as Ziggy Chapman on the mystery and crime based TV series Big Little Lies, which is airing on HBO channel. He played the young role of Brian on the biopic movie The Glass Castle, which was released on 11 August, 2017 and as well as acted on the drama film Our Souls at Night as Jamie in 2017. Iain also worked in the J.K. Simmons starred drama film I’m Not Here, in which he played the supporting role as Stevie.
